Mystic Fire is the title of the seventh and final studio album by the American hard rock band Mountain, released in 2002. The album features 10 tracks, including a cover of the classic song “Fever” and a reworked version of their signature tune “Nantucket Sleighride”. The album also includes the song “Immortal”, which was co-written with and originally performed by the band Clutch. The album was produced by The Insulin Brothers, a duo consisting of Mountain’s guitarist and vocalist Leslie West and drummer Corky Laing. The album received mixed reviews from critics, who praised West’s guitar playing but criticized the lack of originality and innovation in the songwriting.

Mystic Fire is a good album for fans of classic Mountain. It is not their best work, but it is a solid album of hard rock with some great performances.
