The Swedish Radio Sessions is a live album by the British progressive rock band The Nice, released in 2001 by Castle Music. It contains six tracks recorded for a radio broadcast in Stockholm, Sweden, in December 1967, during the band’s first European tour. The album features exclusive cover versions of songs by Bob Dylan, Charles Lloyd and The Supremes, as well as original compositions by Keith Emerson, Lee Jackson and David O’List. The album showcases the band’s early psychedelic and classical influences, as well as their virtuosic musicianship and improvisational skills. The album is a rare document of the band’s performance before they released their debut album The Thoughts of Emerlist Davjack in 1968.

Swedish Radio Sessions is considered to be an essential release for fans of The Nice. It captures the band early in their career, before they had released their debut album, and features a number of tracks that were not released on any other studio album. The album is often cited as a must-have for any fan of progressive rock.
